You’ll always hear horror stories about IDs being unresponsive or disappearing after the project starts, but Gerilynn was nothing like that. She was always easy to reach, friendly, and patient whenever we had questions or requests. The renovation was completed on time, and any small issues that came up were settled very quickly and efficiently with various solutions provided. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing she was always on top of things. We're also really happy with how our home turned out. The design is practical and looks great, and the overall workmanship is of good quality. Pricing is also competitive and there’s tons of goodwill services on their end too - which we really appreciate alot! We engaged Gerilynn and Bryan from Earth ID for our 5-room BTO and had a pleasant experience working with them. They were patient in answering our queries as first time homeowners, and able to propose a design that met our needs. We liked that they were very responsive whenever we had questions or needed help along the way. As with every reno journey, there were some hiccups but we were able to resolve them promptly. Some feedback to Earth ID too: the industry has been moving towards offering E0 wood recently (evident from other quotes we received) and would have hoped the company could do the same.
