First visit to the firm and have yet to engage the services. The location of the showroom is much accessible compared to many others, which is a perk if you do not drive. Offered services to assist in overseas purchases which require mandarin. So if your language skills are lacking, this is a great service.

I had appointment with them today at 1pm & I arrived early. Quite surprised that the designers were already there cuz this is not common in my experience elsewhere. Manager Eric and Designer Ashley were superb. Professional, patient & detailed, so could understand what our preferences and their advices can bring about. For the budget planning, they were careful to explain all so as to avoid misunderstanding later on. Special thanks to Eric for showing us exact ideal positioning of furniture & also the measurements. Highly recommend!
