This is my first house renovation so I did not know what to expect. During the first session, Bryce and Lloyd took time to figure out my lifestyle needs and tailored their suggestions to my budget and requirements. Then, Bryce followed up with the quotation and explained it to me thoroughly. Though I did not engage Earth ID in the end, I’d still like to commend Bryce on his good attitude and friendly service throughout our discussions. From start to finish, the experience of working with Jo & her team was truly exceptional. When we initially met for the consultation, I was blown away by their professionalism, creativity, and ability to really understand my vision for the space. They listened intently to all of my needs and ideas, while also providing expert guidance to elevate the design. From tiling to painting to carpentry everything was spot on and had very minimal defects which could easily be rectified and they were prompt to fix anything wrong . Throughout the renovation process, Jo was responsive and coordinated flawlessly. They went above and beyond to accommodate to our requests and stayed on schedule and within my budget.
